Lead without a Title

Don’t wait to be anointed with a title to start leading. You don’t need a title to lead. You don’t need a position to lead. You don’t need someone else’s permission to lead. Lead from wherever you are. Lead from whatever position you have. Leadership isn’t a title. Leadership isn’t a position. Leadership is making the most of what you have wherever you are. And when you think about leadership being primarily servant driven - serving and helping others, empowering others, equipping others - then a title truly becomes irrelevant, and can in fact become a hindrance, because many see a position of leadership as a means to serve themselves instead of others. Don’t fall into that trap.
